Shipping Policy

At pregmate.com, we understand that the products you're purchasing are time-sensitive. That's why we ship out all orders promptly - typically on the same day your order is placed. In addition to our free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, we offer expedited upgrade options to ensure your products are received when you need them.

Delivery Speed

Standard Shipping (U.S.): FREE
Availability: Available anywhere within the United States
Delivery Time Frame: Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days, though it may occasionally take an additional business day.

In the event of non-delivery of a U.S. order shipped via standard shipping, we will re-ship the package if it has not arrived within 10 business days of order shipment. In the event that the order tracking states delivered, to the address provided for the order, a claim number from the USPS/FedEx/UPS may be required prior to a complimentary reshipment being made.

Expedited Shipping (U.S.)
Availability: Available anywhere within the United States
Delivery Time Frame: Typically between 1-2 business days, though it may occasionally take an additional business day.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order.

Finding Your Box

If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere -- occasionally, carriers leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have unsuccessfully attempted delivery, or the carrier may have lost it.

If You're Not Home

It's up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature for delivery, drop the package off at your doorstep, or to leave it with a building manager or doorman. If the driver believes it's best to obtain a signature, he or she will try a few times to secure one. When a package is returned "undeliverable," you should get a full refund unless it is determined that the order was improperly refused. Undeliverable orders will not be resent. You must place a new order to receive your items.

Products Arriving Together

Most of your products will be shipped together in one box and will arrive at the same time. However, if the order is large and shipped in more than one box, your packages may arrive separately -- although this is rare. If you log in to your account and see more than one tracking number listed for your order, expect to receive separate packages. On the UPS website, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package. Note that gift cards are shipped separately.

Weather Conditions

On rare occasions, severe weather may impact delivery. Weather conditions change rapidly, and as a result so do road conditions. In this case, shipping services do not guarantee on time delivery. Also, please note that shipments delayed due to inclement weather are not eligible for refund or credit under the money-back guarantee policy.

Address Errors

Lost or delayed orders as a result of an address error submitted by the customer are not the responsibility of pregmate.com. Orders that are returned to us as the result of an address error can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

International Shipping

We're pleased to now ship worldwide.

At checkout, once you have entered a valid international shipping address, the shopping cart will update with shipping cost. In addition to our standard shipping option on international orders, we offer expedited upgrade options to ensure your products are received when you need them.

Shipping rates will vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout. Over-sized or bulky items may need to be separated into multiple shipments.

International Duty: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes if crossing a border, and are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches your country. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions. If tax is applied, you will be contacted by your country's customs office for payment of duty prior to collection or delivery of your order. If you chose not to pay the customs fees and refuse the order, the package will be shipped back to us. Once we receive the order returned by customs, we will proceed with a refund.

RETURN POLICY

In order to return merchandise to pregmate.com, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number. Returns will not be accepted without this prior authorization and any unauthorized returns will be returned back to the customer at customer expense. Requests for returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not refund shipping costs for returns. Return shipping costs (and any additional confirmation/insurance costs) are the responsibility of the customer.

No partial orders can be accepted for return (e.g. a customer purchases 10 pregnancy tests and wants to return 6 upon discovering she is pregnant). Returns must be in an unopened state; that is, product that has been opened and/or used are not eligible for return. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all authorized returns.

Supplements and Vitamins: As per standard quality assurance policies, no returns will be accepted for supplements or vitamins that have been opened or used. If products are damaged or tamper-evident seal is broken, to request an exchange, please contact us for an RMA. As with all supplements, consult with a doctor before using if you have any pre-existing medical condition.
