Collect urine in a clean, dry container.
Dip the strip into the urine for 2 seconds.
Lay the strip flat.
Read result in 1 minute for Nitrite and in 2 minutes for Leukocytes.
Compare the color of the test pads to the color chart on the foil pouch.
